Gloria Steiger picked the top 3 from last week and they are:

#27 Nadine - I adore her use of bright colors and shiny texture on her ATC.
And I'm always a fan of the Spotted Monster.

#30 Amanda - Such a gorgeous layout, and brilliant use of the dies
and washi tape to represent polka dots in such a clever and unexpected way.

#38 Merlina - Super fun color palette. Great idea to use shrink plastic with the
same focal image for more interest and dimension.

Julie Steed chose our top 3 from the last two week's Text Background challenge and they are:

#9  - I love the bright pops of color from the flower and enamel dots that really make Hussena’s card stand out.

#13: I kept coming back to Yvonne’s blog to peek at her project. The colors she used on her alcohol ink background work beautifully together and her use of color and text make the focal image shine.

#21: How incredibly clever to embroider over a stamped image! Way to think outside the box, Maria.
